Rules
Last updated August 21, 2026
GoUP is a public competitive leaderboard. A listing's score is its cumulative total from successfully confirmed payments, minus refunded or reversed amounts. Higher scores rank higher.
The basic rule
- Payments are made in whole US dollars, with a $2 minimum and $1 increments.
- A new listing enters at the highest position its confirmed score can reach. Paying less than the current #1 score still places it on the board.
- When totals are equal, the listing that reached its current total first ranks higher. The listing ID is the final deterministic tie-breaker.
- A position becomes authoritative only after the payment provider confirms the payment and GoUP applies it on the server.
- Submitting the same destination again adds to that listing's cumulative score. The current interface requires that addition to move the listing above the current leader by at least $1.
- No position is permanent or reserved for a fixed duration. Positions change whenever another eligible listing reaches a higher score.
Eligible listings
- GoUP currently accepts product websites, direct X profiles, iOS App Store listings, and Google Play listings.
- Discord and other chat or invite links are not accepted, including Telegram, WhatsApp, Messenger, and Signal.
- App Store and Google Play entries are keyed by their app identifier. Websites are keyed by domain, and X entries by handle.
- Submitted query strings are removed. Link shorteners are not accepted. GoUP adds its own referral attribution when a visitor opens a listing.
- You must have the right to submit a new destination or represent it. Impersonation is prohibited.
Prohibited content and conduct
- No illegal products or services, malware, phishing, scams, fraud, impersonation, deceptive destinations, or content designed to harm visitors.
- No adult or NSFW platforms, sexual exploitation, infringing content, hate content, or violent extremist content.
- No payment fraud, chargeback abuse, automated click inflation, metric manipulation, or attempts to interfere with ranking, payment, or moderation systems.
- Listings must also comply with applicable law and the policies of GoUP's service and payment providers.
Payments, refunds, and reversals
- Only successfully confirmed payments increase a listing's score.
- A refund, partial refund, reversal, or chargeback reduces the score by the affected amount and may change the ranking.
- Being surpassed by another listing is an expected leaderboard event, not a technical failure and not an automatic basis for a refund.
- Duplicate, unauthorized, or technically failed payments should be reported to support.hnr@gmail.com. Requests are reviewed under applicable law and provider rules.
Clicks and results
Click counts are informational analytics based on interactions with GoUP. They are not purchased units. A leaderboard position does not guarantee traffic, impressions, clicks, leads, customers, sales, conversions, revenue, or any other result.
Moderation
GoUP may reject, hide, suspend, or remove a listing; request verification; correct imported metadata; and investigate abuse. Moderation does not change the payment record. Any refund question is handled separately under the Terms.
